Kris Helms
National Sales Manager

Kristopher A. Helms serves as National Sales Manager for Advanced Solutions, Incorporated. Prior to joining Advanced Solutions, Kris worked for nearly 5 years as an Outside Sales Engineer for an Ohio based process measurement, control and instrumentation reseller/distributor. In this role, Kris performed both in a direct sales role, developing and growing business relationships with thousands of companies, and lead in the design and implementation of various, internal sales team, strategic development plans. During this period Kris successfully completed The Dale Carnegie Course: Effective Communications & Human Relations.

Prior to this Kris held key sales positions with a multi-state fluid power reseller/distributor headquartered in Indiana and a CAD Software Solutions Provider headquartered in Michigan where he started his sales career in 1998.

A graduate of ITT Technical Institute with an Associate of Applied Science in Tool Engineering Technology, Kris spent 2 years as a Custom Products Design Engineer for an Indiana based manufacturer of automation products, performing design and cost analysis on customer specific, custom products. This experience has been of great benefit to Kris as it provides him great understanding of the process involved in helping manufacturing companies as they transition from 2D and 3D design software to a complete Digital Prototyping business solution.

In his role at Advanced Solutions, Kris is responsible for delivering sales results for Manufacturing Solutions. He does this by overseeing and providing real world leadership to the company’s Manufacturing Sales Team whose charter is to engage our manufacturing clients with a focus on understanding key business initiatives and developing solution strategies engineered to address both short and long term strategic business goals. This approach ultimately results in delighted customers who are happy to do business with, as well as recommend, Advanced Solutions to others.

Married, Kris has 2 children and lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
