Want to monitor the progress of your technical support case without having to call or email? Platinum and Enterprise Support clients can do so using the Customer Portal. Clients can enter new support requests or keep an eye on existing cases, all in one place.

The Customer Portal provides access to several features including:

  • Access to archived Expert User Webinars
  • Articles written by the ASI Technical Support team
