3D Biofabrication
Leveraging the patented multi-axis robotic platform from BioAssemblyBot to deliver advanced 3D bioprinting, bioassembly and biofabrication workflows at the cutting edge of research and development.

Biofabrication with ASLS
At Advanced Solutions Life Sciences, we redefine what’s possible in biofabrication and 3D bioprinting for life sciences. With our BioAssemblyBot platform, your lab gains an intelligent robotic system designed from the ground up for 3D cell printing, tissue engineering, organ-on-a-chip fabrication, and complex scaffold generation. From research to manufacturing scale, our solutions help accelerate discovery, streamline workflows and deliver reproducible results.
Multi-Axis Robotic Platform
Our BioAssemblyBot is the world’s only patented multi-axis, cGMP certified robotic bioprinter. With over 100,000 hours of development, it features a human-like robotic arm with six degrees of freedom — enabling contour printing, free-form geometry deposition and 3D additive manufacturing in well-plates (6, 12, 24, 96, 384,) and other formats.

Link our TSIM software to scan physical structures, design de-novo elements and print directly onto or into existing constructs. This powerful workflow allows you to merge additive and subtractive fabrication, combine living cells with scaffolds and automate integrated tissue production.
Certified for Life-Science Environments
With UL cGMP certification, our system meets the stringent requirements of biomanufacturing and regulated labs.

Scalable Integration
From benchtop to production, the BioAssemblyBot platform supports up to 5, 8 or 10 interchangeable Hands in a single run (depending on configuration) and integrates seamlessly with other lab equipment and downstream analytical workflows.
Choose from a rich and continuously expanding library of BAB Hands or build your own Hand to accomplish your 3D bioprinting objectives. BAB Hands enable you to print a variety of materials at different temperatures and combinations, fully automate the printing and analytical tasks, locally inject and deposit cells in and on tissue constructs, and conduct scientific experiments with 3D bioprinting. More tools means more capability, more flexibility, and more innovation.
