Organoid360™ accelerates PDO-based assay workflows, improves data quality, and enables high-throughput drug discovery.

Spheroid Size Over Time in Culture. The average spheroid diameter was measured daily using transmitted light images acquired with the ImageXpress® scanner, comparing manual and automated workflows. Spheroids in the automated workflow (using the BioAssemblyBot®) were significantly larger than those in the manual workflow (p ≤ 0.01, Mann-Whitney test). This increase in size reflects that the BAB left the organoids intact, while the manual method led to fragmentation by the scientist.
