Since all slides in a study can move through the workflow together you can have confidence that they’ve been treated as similarly as possible – you’ll be staining with the same antibody solution on the same day, the environmental conditions will be the same, the incubation times will be the same, etc.

Processing steps are coordinated with the imager allowing you to keep the imager working as much as possible – it doesn’t have to sit around while slides are being stained – that time can be used for other slides, other users, other studies.

Seamless integration.

BAB performs all the steps for staining, dye inactivation, sample loading, and starting the imager – then Cell DIVE does the rest by performing the correct imaging actions based upon the slides’ barcode and protocol.

BAB can process up to 15 slides at a time in the Cell DIVE ClickWell Coverslip-free slide holder. BAB works with ClickWell to perform all necessary pipetting to do the entire staining or dye inactivation process for all slides.

Use preconfigured BioApps for BAB + Cell DIVE, including staining, dye inactivation and even an "image only" mode that allows BAB to act as a simple plate loader. 

Maximize Output.

BAB performs all the steps for staining, dye inactivation, and imager loading. Place Clickwells containing slides in BAB, start the BioApp, and walk away. When you come back, everything is done – just review final stitched images for quality control.
